Resumen: Este libro da cuenta de la lucha constante contra el autoritarismo fujimorista que construyó la dictadura en esta etapa, desmontando lo que quedaba de institucionalidad democrática. Es un informe de mi gestión parlamentaria ubicado dentro de lo que constituyó el eje ordenador de los hechos e iniciativas junto con un análisis de lo ocurrido.
