Resumen: "El tiempo del miedo. La violencia política en el Perú 1980-996", de Nelson Manrique, constituye una de las interpretaciones más penetrantes de los orígenes de la violencia política en el Perú.
Al lado de la pobreza, la exclusión y el olvido de las provincias, para los agentes involucrados, la ideología del racismo, el resentimiento y la reacción desencadenada, constituirían el hecho crítico que actuaría con mayor eficacia que las ideas de seguridad nacional y las del propio marxismo senderista. |
