Resumen: Tomando como punta de partida al imperialismo en Indoamérica, el presente libro explora la ruta por donde este transitó hasta aproximarse a su ubicación actual. Dicho análisis se realiza a partir de la línea de interpretación dialéctica de la historia que el aprismo reclama necesaria para comprender el devenir indoamericano. En tal sentido, a partir de una revisión de la historia continental y del primer periodo de gobierno aprista, el autor localiza las limitaciones del discurso original del partido y busca superar el dogmatismo político, con el fin de revitalizar una propuesta continental, capaz de enfrentar la hegemonía económica de regímenes extranjeros. |
