Resumen: Por razones que se fundan hondamente en la historia y en el presente de los argentinos, es para nosotros un motivo de orgullo presentar este material que profundiza y amplía los conocimientos sobre la historia de YPF y los recursos energéticos de nuestro país. Consideramos que no es esta una acción aislada ni sólo producto eventual -y oportuno- de la estratégica decisión tomada por nuestra presidente Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, al disponer de la nacionalización de YPF, convertida en Ley por nuestro Congreso Nacional.
Este material, y el programa al que representa que hemos dado en llamar "La Universidad con YPF", abarca desde luego estos acontecimientos, pero se proyecta sobre un diseño de conjunto de las políticas universitarias que diseñamos y ejecutamos hacia el futuro. -- Prólogo. |
